SOURCING
A good sourcing strategy requires a deep understanding of the
market and the local customs. The decision to source products
from a foreign market is often an underestimated task.
This can lead to difficulties to get the right product at the right price. Through the sourcing process, Heartex assists its partners with such tools as Benchmarking, pricing negotiations and documentation & product streamlining.

DESIGN & PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Heartex supports its customers and provides design and product
development services in a cost‐effective and production focused
view.
Heartex checks all fabrics in regards to quality, weight, shrinkage, spirality as well as according to Internationally accepted Certifications.
All samples are being controlled against size charts and drawings, before being sent to the partner.
Heartex’ team supports customers at every step from the initial design to the confirmed prototype, and ensures that no surprises occur.
During this stage, Heartex supports its customers in the following points:

- Control of materials in terms of weight, shrinkage, color fastness, fiber quality, spirality
- Assurance of certification: for example, AZO FREE &OekoTex
- Verification of Labdib, color dimensions, quality and stability of prints /embroideries, etc
- Checking of the fit and of the prototypes
- The development of all labels
- Follow‐Up with supplier and communication with partner for delivery of photo samples etc.
- If necessary, changes to size charts, etc (only on prior approval basis by the partner).
PRODUCTION
Heartex ensures that all schedules of our partners stay adhered
to by all parties involved. The company follows every production
run meticulously and informs its partners continuously.
Moreover, Heartex communicates at the end of each stage
before the next step is started.
A team of trusted Quality Controllers monitors each production unit on a daily basis to recognize problems on the line early on and resolve them before they impact the cycle.
All in‐line and final inspections are carried out by our QC staff under the supervision of a team coordinator, according to AQL standards. All quality tests are carried out directly by Heartex or, if requested by the partner, through a testing center.
Heartex works only with factories that produce their goods in compliance with all applicable laws on product safety and the EU REACH regulation.
